Tyler Brown, aged 30, Jason Passinger, aged 48, and Eric Ramos Astacio, aged 27, all residents of Jamestown, have been charged with third-degree criminal trespass. The charges stem from an incident that occurred around 5:28 p.m. on Saturday when officers from the Jamestown Police Department were dispatched to a North side address.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered the three individuals inside an old office at the location, and it was determined that none of them had permission to be on the premises or inside the building. All three were taken into custody without any further incident and subsequently transported to the City Jail.
