Brandon Hodge, aged 31 and a resident of Jamestown, has been charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. This charge came after officers were called to an address on the south side of the city in response to a trespassing incident occurring around 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
Following an investigation, it was found that Hodge had damaged two windows belonging to a female victim. He was subsequently taken into custody and is currently being held in the Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment on the charges.
