Jamestown – At around 11:28 pm, the Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon received reports of a domestic dispute and promptly responded. Following their investigation, it was determined that Ashley Matthews, a 40-year-old resident of Jamestown, had used her forearm to apply pressure to the throat of a male victim while several children were present.
As a result of these findings, Matthews has been apprehended and is presently in custody, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The charges against her encompass three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and the crime of obstructing breathing or blood circulation.
