Sinclairville – On the afternoon of September 2, 2023, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office deputies rushed to 6841 Cleland Road, Sinclairville, NY, in response to an ATV accident. The incident occurred approximately 400 yards away from the roadway.
A 26-year-old female was operating the ATV with a 16-year-old female passenger. Both individuals sustained injuries in the accident and were subsequently transported to UPMC for further medical treatment.
